Hello! I decided I wanted to give each day a theme to help guide me and give me some structure in terms of what I would write about every day. Here’s the tentative low down:
Monday: spirituality in real life
Tuesday: yoga pose of the week and what benefits it provides to you
Wednesday: peace in the news/magazines/scientific journals, etc.
Thursday: healthful living
Friday: weekend links and the joy of the journey.
Hopefully this will keep me going daily and give me a more narrowed approach to make this process less daunting!
