I’m feeling tired today. It is because I am sleep deprived (I know, I know, it’s terrible for you to be sleep deprived but sometimes life gets in the way of sleep. Sound familiar?) Known in Sanskrit as Salamba Sarvangasana, the supported shoulder stand is good for reviving yourself if you’re feeling tired. That and a nap. Go here for a video on how to do it!
