Hello all! Instead of a New Year’s resolution that will probably be forgotten in a month’s time, why not try the Whole Living Challenge for 28 days? It’s a good example of how one should goal set because they give you a few things to do each week instead of trying to completely overhaul your entire life.
Also, I am back in school for the Winter quarter so I will be posting once a week instead of sporadically here and there, sometimes every day, sometimes not. So expect a post weekly! Hope everyone’s holiday season was wonderful!
