Namaste! Hope you all are enjoying my yoga and meditation videos. As I said in one of them, 5 minutes of meditation can be as rejuvenating and powerful as a 3 hour nap. So don’t worry if you don’t have an hour or 30 minutes to practice. Just do the simple yoga poses I am posting here to get your body warmed up and then meditate, even if it is only for a few minutes.

Also, be patient with yourself. Don’t judge or beat yourself up if your mind wanders. This is its natural function. You are NOT your mind, however. So you can start to observe your mind and its monkey-like behaviors if you meditate consistently. So, don’t give up! Try every day! Meditation is powerful, wonderful, and such a gift. Give yourself the gift of meditation. And if you have any questions, feel free to comment below and I will get back to you and help you.
