1.5 c frozen, pitted cherries
1.5 c ice
1 c water
1/4 c raw unsalted pistachios
1/4 c goji berries
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
blend until smooth.

garnish: with a low sugar, high protein granola and a half a banana sliced.

Enjoy! This came out of me listening to my body for what it wanted. It seems strange to my mind lately that my body has wanted smoothies during colder months but I’ve been doing that and my energy has increased substantially. I’d love to know what you’re craving during these winter months!
